You may or may not know I find Ashley Benson (or Hanna Marin on PLL) to be an amazing fashion icon, and I think this dress paired with similar things would be something her character would wear on the show.

I recently watched the newest episode of Pretty Little Liars (Stolen Kiss, 3x08), and I fell in love with the outfit Hanna was wearing when she went to Radley, so here's my (feeble) attempt to recreate it.
I didn't include the shirt (the closet match I found took ages to find) in the template, mainly because I could only find it on a model and it didn't look flattering, but here's the link for it:
